Finally, another boost for Iloilo's tourism is the latest offering of direct international flights to Hong Kong and Singapore by Cebu Pacific. The first flight to Hong Kong happened last November 9 which left Iloilo Airport 11:10pm and had a touchdown at 1:35am.
Cebu Pacific intends to have regular flights from Iloilo to Hong Kong every other day with four flights every week. Iloilo to Singapore will be three flights every week.

Last October 2012, Cebu Pacific already launched new flights from Iloilo to Puerto Princessa, Tacloban, and General Santos.
With these new local and international flights, Iloilo will surely become the gateway of Western Visayas to the rest of the Philippines and the world!
